    Looks good! I like the 3D printed parts. I guess it's hard to say if they helped any since you didn't have any flexing issues before installing them. I'm contemplating on welding them together. Your clamping solution looks really nice too.

    All I can say is it makes the X beam very solid, like one piece. I printed them real tight, then had to drive them in with a hammer and wood dowel. I'm sure it would be very difficult to take apart without damaging it.

    Guys, I have some of these little proximity sensor. Maybe one of you can explain / show me how to wire them to the bob? The bob runs on 5v and sensor on 10-30v. Don’t what to cook anything if I can help it!

    We moved last summer, it's still sitting in the corner of the shop waiting it's turn to be hooked up. I did start working on a new bench for the MUSK-OX but something always seems to come along that needs doing. Soon!

    Up date, I did get Musk-OX up and running again before Christmas and made a few gifts.

    Maybe you mentioned it before, but what software did you use for those lithopanes? They look great.

You didn't go for the 5 pack of Amana bits like that for $447.50 that pops up as a choice on Amazon when I searched the one you posted. ;) (SYT@ CNC Carving 4.82 Deg Tapered Angle Ball Tip radius=0.5mm X 1/4" Shank tungsten Solid Carbide HRC55 with TiAIN Coated Router Bits: Amazon.com: Industrial & Scientific) But seriously, I will have to order one like you suggested. It looks good. We need a sticky just for end mills and bits so when people find one they like after some time in on it they can post it up. Maybe break it down by size and type (flat, V, etc...)
