I was actively looking for an adjustable jig like this for routing. Yours is the one that takes the least amount of specialist equipment AND is durable and rigid. Bought versions are available if you are willing to pay through your nose, but this will suffice. I have ordered four 750 mm 2080 profiles and will be making a jig upon your design.

How has the corner fastening/glide mechanism been holding up? Are there any challenges with alignment or adjusting you care to inform upon?

The system has held up fine although I must admit I haven't had the need to use it a lot. It was more of a design exercise than anything, attempting to find a better/cheaper solution to what was on the market at the time. I should note that shortly after publishing this I did make a small but rather significant upgrade. The M5 clamp handles still felt a bit fiddly so I looked to a different style solution. I replaced the clamp handles with cam clamps from bicycle skewer clamps similar to these (the original listing has long since disappeared so I can't guarantee they're an exact match). This allowed for adjustment with a simple flip of the clamp levers. Much quicker and easier to make adjustments.
