I trying to test my system and having some issues on the tinyg with chillipeppr cutting to big. I designed a small simple circle in inkscape and inported the svg to jscut. Did a simple cut outside line cut. Size is about 50mm or 2" across. But when you import the gcode into chillipeppr its dry cut wants to cut it about 500mm across. I have fooled around with this for about 5 or 6 hours double checking the settings etc. Just don't understand why the size from inkscape it not kept. Help.

Is there a chance you put the wrong distance in your steps/mm setting? For example, you want 1/8" microstepping and set your machine for that, but your board is actually set at 1/4 microstepping? I bet it is a simple fix like something in the settings. Also, calibration is simple to do and will get you cutting accurately. I just did it and the formulas are here: Lead Screw Driven Ox Derivative (850x1500) and I believe you can find them in the resources section. Although this you are cutting 10X larger than anticipated, so this may not be the case.
You probably already know this, and I do not know much about TinyG, but there may be a spot to put a jumper to set the microstepping. The CNC Shield I started with did not come with the jumper and I had to buy some separately. I needed one but I think I ended up with 50 due to them coming in bulk.
Performing several tests with the $1tr in tinyg I changed it from 1.25 to 6.685 it now travels with jogs correctly. Took me some time to test and trail to get the correct number. I will later to some micro adjustments when I get more time. But right now a 10mm is correctly reflected as 10mm on a metric measuring ruler. I moved the $2tr, $3tr and $4tr now it jogs correctly.
