I'm useing the Mini V Wheel Kit, spacer & ect. Every thing is square.
It does look like some of the V wheel aren't hiting the top and bottom of the V groove.
I did get the Y axis wheels to move good.

Sounds like something is not plumb.
Is it possible that the dimensional width of the gantry does not exactly match the dimensional width of the frame - as far as the V-Wheels / V-Slots are concerned ? In which case additional shims / spacers may improve the situation.

    Tweakie.

I still had some 20x40 aluminum profile and 20x20x1000mm v-slot from my last build. Your project running through my head for a while. Pending the material for the OX, I started a laser router wickedly inspired by your construction.

So after going through end user suggestions, the following updates have bin added to the laser V LD2X

    -Power indication LED
-Relay is powered by 5v regulator rather then the arduino
-Relay contact rating of 3 amps
-Regulated 5v pin rail added along side of the negative pin rail
-Manual laser on/off pin-out for a momentary switch beside the reset pin-out
    -Dual stepstick Y axis
    -Single stepstick X axis
-Single stepstick Z axis added for laser focusing
    -RX/TX pin out

Everything else is the same, board size was enlarged by 20 mm width wise.
Again I have kept it single sided for easy DIY
The updated file will be posted soon along with a parts list

    Hi
I have a question. Could someone draw a square and a circle in the program to generate g-code and add a file? I want to see what he looks like. Is he saved in txt format?

I was planning a laser cutter build and stumbled across this site and in particular this build. This is freaking awesome! This is one of--forget that, this is the best and most detailed build post I have seen. I am so pumped up right now, I gotta get to work on this...
