You're just milling mdf so there is no need to use anything that extreme. Most just use a bottom cleaning router bit. There are plenty out there to choose from in all price ranges so you just need to pick one that meets your price/quality/durability/router speed requirements. Not sure what you have for a spindle but you'll need pick a diameter that works with it. I would suggest avoiding the urge to grab the largest diameter you can find as there is the potential for flexure with a 1/4" shaft. 1" will probably suit your needs.

I second the "bottom cleaner" end mill. I use a 7/8" (22.225mm) at 2000mm/min with very light passes. I try to remove as little as possible. I would never go over .4mm per pass, but I dont shave more than .5mm unless I really screw something up. After the first pass, the second lighter pass just helps clean up. I'd probably drop down to 3/4" (19.05mm) when it comes time to replace. They are dirt cheap at less than $8 (as far as I can remember) and I've had two for years.
I picked up a 1" cutter at Woodcraft for about 30 bucks and change. It is a Whiteside 1/4" shank. Paul
