Sorry to hear about your Payment problem.

Go to the Members list above, Notable Members, and click on Kram242 and Open a "Conversation" with him. That's Mark, and he is pretty much running the show at the moment.

Explain your problem, and I'm sure he'll be able to sort it for you.

I do know he is really buried at the moment, re-organizing the Shop, and the suppliers. Basically, the whole thing has taken off far faster and greater than was expected, and therefore he is having to create larger channels of supply etc.

Whilst yours is a money thing, I'm sure that's being similarly affected as well.

Anyway, give Mark a shout and I'm sure he'll be able to shed some light on the problem.
