a 1000mm x 1500mm CBeam build with hgr20 hiwin rails 600w er16 spindle

CBEAM tb6600 hiwin 1.5kw spindle 600w

    Just received my proximity sensor so i designed some mounting plate to put at the end of the Cbeam and printed them overnight second design was perfect thefirst i didnt think about the rail thickness and too much bolt hole for nothing

    Yes the pro rack and pinion system with nema 23 and 3/8 pulley

    It has a 1 inch mdf piece bracing the 2 cbeam together in the back...everything will be cut in 3/4 inch 6061 when the design will be final...
