I noticed there is no contact info for the parts store. I found an email and sent one to [email protected] yesterday but haven't heard back. Seems like a very active community with the owners heavily involved. But generally I hate ordering from someplace without a phone number or at least a direct email. How do you usually handle customer questions and concerns? Great looking parts and products BTW. Thanks!
You sent your question to the right place. Both contact@ and support@ both seem to go to the same place. Given the season, they are probably completely swamped. But I have dealt with them for quite a while now and they always get back to me even if it takes a few days at times like this. I can understand why they don't give out their phone number. I also run a webshop and don't give out my number very readily but I am still deluged with spam calls offering me great terms on $250k business loans and wanting to put me in contact with my local 'Google representative'. But it also makes it harder for customers to get quick feedback or support help. And as a customer I've been frustrated by a lack of phone number in the past. -D
