    I like this one too and I think it would be cool as just a 3 tier router without the 3D printer! :thumbsup:

    Now I have to wait for the Nema23, 0,9 Deg, 126Ncm, -> 23HM22-2804S
    http://www.osmtec.com/nema_23_stepper_motor_23_hm.htm
    And for the 8mm Acme Nut Block.
    By the Way.. The cut for the cuted Linear Rail (60x20) have a tolerance from +/- 0,2 mm.
    In the first Step I have put some Precision Shim - 10x5x1mm betwen the Plate and the Rail :-(.
    If it is possible for future Order, that we can get a Service of precision cut, that was for the next builders a great help.

    MY Nema23, 126Ncm, 0,9Deg 126Ncm and 56mm Shaft was arived yesterday.
    And my 8mm Acme Nut Block is also now here.
    Thank you for you perfect Support to the OpenBuilds Team:
    23HM22-2804S.jpg

    Here my 1/128 Microstepperdriver (Nema23, 126Ncm,0,9 deg ->400 Fullsteps x 1/128 Microsteps = 51200 Steps per turn -> 96Khz Signal (ArduinoDue+RADDS v1.1) /51200 Steps/Turn= 1,875 Turn/second ->
    GT3-30Tooth = 60mm one Turn x 1,875 Turn /seconds = 112,50 mm/sec and 60mm/turn / 51200 Steps/Turn= 0,001171875mm/step)
    With this Setup you have a theoretic Precison of 0,001mm/Step and for
    Singlestepping a Speed of= 110mm/sec
    Doublestepping a Speed of =220mm/sec
    Quadstepping a Speed of over 400 mm/sec :)
    http://www.repetier.com/firmware/v091/
    (Allow quad stepping. Required for frequencies larger 24000 Hz.)

    By the Way..
    Why I would like to or what is my desicion to build an Router with Delrin Wheels and GT3 Timing Belts...
    They are silence, because I put the Router/Printer in my basement.
    So I can close the Basement-Door and my Wife and the Neighbours has no Problems with it.
    If I use Hiwin Guides (ritsch,ratsch) and if I use ballscrew with a pitch of 5mm (12 Turns Ballscrew =1 Turn GT3 30 Teeth = 60mm).

    For This, I think about a 2,2Kw WaterCooled "China-Spindle" (reasen, because I can Plugin a 12 mm diameter Shaft for Wood..)
    Have anyone experiance with low-noise Spindle up to 300 Watt?
    (Sorry for my bad english)

    Yes @angelo but yours looks like it will be much easier to make for sure. :thumbsup: I was taking a look at how to build that one and it looks like it will take some time.
