Thankyou Mark, yeh it really is awesome.

I remember some of the things I had to hand cut and drill when building my C-Beam XL how handy it would have been to be able to CNC the parts, like mounting brakets and things.

This time round it is much easier with my C-Beam XL doing the hard work for me.

I am very excited to get this laser up and running.

    Cheers Glenn

Hey guys the OpenBuilds ACRO plate DXF files have been added to the Files tab on the build, hope this helps you be able to cut your modded plate sets. If you make a cool mod or remix please share with us. ACRO DXF

Hey Mark, This isn't a Mod but just a BONUS !!

When cleaning up after the Acro Plate cutting, look what I found laying around on the table.

Some Beautifully sized Builder Logo Pencil/Pen Huggers....... Bear in mind it would make a difference what size cutter you used, I used a 1mm Cutter and they are a perfect size, doesn't fit on all my pens but most of the ones I have here seem to be fine, Being PolyCarbonate you can stretch them to fit too without the fear of cracking.

Just goes to show sometimes you should not Vacuum and clean up the table too quickly, sometimes there are useful offcuts laying about.

Oh this maker stuff is so much FUN !!!

    Cheers Glenn
