I ordered a XPro V3 controller earlier today. It didn't shows out of stock when I order it. However, the status shows it is waiting fulfillment now. I sent emails to the customer service this morning and afternoon. There is no one reply me yet. I'm wondering is there a phone number for customer service that I can call? Thank you!
Check your spam folder in your email. A lot of people have had similar issues where their email service was classifying emails from OpenBuilds as spam.

Awaiting fulfillment means just that. Orders are processed in the order they came in and Monday morning orders are in line behind everything that happened over the weekend and depending on the size of the weekend, it could be a couple of days before they catch up as they do an extremely sound job of packing. (Over the years I've learned to order later in the week as the turn around is much quicker.)

The Part Store does get a lot of emails to go though in a day but they are really good at it so it may be that they are reaching out to you as I type this. Is there a customer service number? What if a part is bad and needs replacement? How would you handle that?
Contact the parts store by raising a new ticket at the link below. Contact Us It's a good idea to raise the issue here first in case we can resolve the problem but you will find the customer support from the parts store extremely good. Alex.

If you contacted the correct support (Ticket logged via support.openbuilds.com > new ticket?) you should get a reply shortly. Check your spam folder too.
I sent an email yesterday to verify that you got my order and to let you know that I'm a VET. I have not had any reply and I did check my spam folder.

You are posting here so you have no need to reset a password support.openbuilds.com doesn't have logins for customers, you log the ticket and check response in your email. Do you have any other mailboxes than the yahoo that doesn't work? Sign up for a Gmail, and send that to the store
I don't know why my Yahoo account isn't working here because it works for everything else. I'm sorry for being a pest but I just want to know what is going on with my order. Inorder for me to access the support portal I have to log in and the password that I have doesn't work and that is why I need to get it changed. Thank you for your help.

Normal users don't login there. They log the ticket, read the reply via email. That login is not for customers, but for agents. As mentioned earlier
