Hello all ( sorry for by bad Endglish) Hope someone can help me. I have a C-Beam Machine XLarge 100x100 cm....well it works fine but I want to rebuild it for two reasons. 1. So my problem is that the cutting area is not large enough and I loos area ....just have have 70 x 70 cm. So I want to rebuild it....to get around 90x 90 cm. 2. I'm not so happy about the moving MDF Plate ....it is not 100% accurate ( left and right side of the X-Axis is about 2mm off) even with leveling the bed. I was thinking to put the the Y-Axis Cbeam under the MDF plate to the left and right side of the machine... so the MDF Plate is not moving. Did someone here tryed that construction without re buying extra Parts?? thanks for the Help regards Goran
The fixed bed conversion has been performed by a number of members with great success. A few links are attached.
