hi gyus need a help with xpro and acro 1000x1000

hi i have a problem config xpro i tried estlcam did work but nothing was showed on gcode sender also laserGRBL and laserWeb.then i loaded via xloader grbl 1.1f hex file so what do i have to do to get that thing working?
acro system 1000x1000
xPRO v3 board
power supply 12v 29A s-350-12
nema 17 1.8'' steep
laser diode will be
JTechPhotonics - 2.8W Laser

anyone here who can help me how to sort that thing out please

 

Don't know what to do and if settings is right

 

Also why those 4red lights shows up after I loaded hex file into it?

 

Hi I did seems to be working but laser module will arrive tomorrow so am gonna put it all together and will let ya know

 

I run it straight away with estlcam but I reprogrammed with gcode sender so let c tomorrow
