Hey, I'm using a Nema23 Stepper Motor with the DQ542MA Stepper Motor Driver and 24v (250watt) Power Supply. I've had the stepper motor working with no issues, controlled by a Raspberry Pi, start this morning after running the stepper motor through a few turns the Driver stopped sending power to the motor and both the red and green LEDs seems to flash at the same time, although the green led is less bright than the red one. The motor is receiving a weak intermittent power signal as you can turn the motor slightly in time with the blinking LEDs. Has anyone see anything like this before? Feels like the driver is knackered as nothing changed between it working and not working? Thanks Sam
Hi Sam. Can you make a copy of this post and send it to the Parts Store as well? Use their "Chat With Us" blue box in the bottom right There's a good chance they will know if this problem has occurred in the past. Cheers Gray
