Looks awesome. Have you guys experimented any with a dual extruder end effector setup?

I really like to run a short bowden tube to my hot end, so I'm going to have to get creative with my big delta to get the best results. I'm contemplating running an extruder on it's own Z axis to keep traveling down and stay clear of the effector arms. I've thought about using springs and trying to suspend it as well, but not sure how well that'd work with my height, I'd have to balance it very well.

 

I have one of these and it goes together well and is easy to use. I don't see why you couldn't go to a Bowden setup and dual extruders but your getting far away from the kits original mission purpose. On the other hand this a great platform out of the box with which to make the parts needed to DIY your own modifications. The kits packaging is excellent with all the relevant parts for a particular assembly together in one bag. It only took me a few evenings to assemble (I work slow) and his defaults settings for Marlin/Slic3r enable a complete newbie to 3D printing to get decent prints the first time out. Once he gets the assembly manual finalized I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one as a first 3D printer.
