I believe there were only 50 allotted for the pre-sale and I'm guessing you were #51. You might try again at midnight when the next batch hits.
According to the sale circular, yes. But it only indicates 15 with the free xPro card. Don't know how many are available beyond that without the card as I'm not an insider with the company. Sale starts at midnight (EST) tonight.
