looking for video to zero out

    Everything loose i still have 3 wheels on one side that are tight and 2 on other that are tight before i do anything

    And loose when taken out i have had these wheels out 5 times already and screws are starting to stip on hex

    Remember that HOME is in the Machine Coordinate Space. ZERO is in the Work Coordinate Space and is wherever you had last done a SETZERO: The two are not on the same coordinate system. If you want to return to Machine Home you must use the "Goto X0 (Machine Coord)" items in the dropdown menu next to each axis's DRO.

    Posting some closeup pictures of things like wheels installed, etc may also help us spot whats gone wrong

    Specific to wheels that feel tight, sure you remembered to add the precision shim between the two bearings on all of the wheels?

    Yes shims qty 1 shim in there trust me its there.


    Yes this isnt my first cnc. Same program on another machine fine on this one off

    I redo my circle and make it .01 and see what it does

    Increase current, get the stiff wheels figured out and you will be good I’m betting.

    Well i pulled off all wheels and hit them all between 2 board same thing. Lol what a pain when on machine. Current is going up to see if that helps in next hour

    Something still feels off on how they went together. I've never had to hit wheels, a gentle press until the bearings are flush with the wheel is fine. Something didnt go together right on these wheels just got to figure out what. Post some close up pics while you got them off

    I did just to make sure that they are seated but the bolts should have done that but better to be safe than sorry

    I figured out that the lock coller was loose after i broke the switch
