Help! I need a favor.

My OX is not finished, but is assembled, and I really don't want to take it apart.
I need a pattern of one of the gantry plates.

I need a plate exterior (no inner machining needed). It can be out of MDF, plastic, plywood, anything that I can use for a form to make a mold. I will be using this as a pattern for making the mold parts. 1/4" thick would be great.

Anyone have anything laying around and feel like helping out?

Well...I tried to print one out on paper to cut out on MDF, gut can't get the size to match my plates. Any ideaqs?

 

No luck. I have never had this much problem printing a file to make a patter. Very frustrating.

 

As my ol' Grandpa would say:
" Its like a sore peter...you can't beat it!"
Works great! I can spray glue it to my MDF and cut it out to make my mold pattern.
I gotta get details on how you did it sometime. I have converted a ton of stuff, but having no luck right now.

I'm sure I was overcomplicating it. I tried the skp the dxf, and neither seemed to work.
