    Great Design! The Printer looks beautiful!

    And its the first one on openbuilds with an different rail-system.

    Hope to see some of the parts of this printer in the shop soon.

    Tanks for the good feedback.

    I've uploaded a small video of the printer homing movement (once again this is not yet functional).

    I will keep updating this build whenever there is progress.

    Facinating. Only issue I can see is, that the bed has linear bearings that are not very long. It is a counterlever design but maybe adding more sepearation if there are 2 bearing on each side. Or add a second bearing above the first at the level of the print bed?

    very interesting design...
    I wonder how it will behave without bracings (I don't see them). Aren't they needed ?

    been thinking about a printer design between the book shelfs for sometime ,
    this could be the answer.. Btw great concept and design .
    any chance you could share the firmware ?
