hello again, my blackbx is just randomly not controling z axis then full disconnect and will not reconnect until i unplug and reconnect usb openbuilds control: PORT ERROR: Writing to COM port (GetOverlappedResult): Unknown error code 31 ugs: error 1 also disconnects and will not reconnect still does this without motors attached
Or EMI. Short version: something (laptop, EMI interference, bad usb cable, loose connection) is making the USB disconnect.
so we figured out this happened after the last windows auto update. (still getting used to windows pcs) so i cut the wifi and turn on a different windows pc maybe 1 or 2 updates behind. worked perfectly. then let the pc update. same problem i just picked a random older update and now works fine. PROBLEM FOR ME WAS: windows 10 64bit update on may 17 2019... i have chosen an older update and disabled auto updates. thank you guys so much for helping!!! i did try all my usb cords and ports first. and im about to check out the usb suspend link. thank you again
