I ordered the Lead 1010 a few weeks back. It shipped the next business day (though the black box was on back order). Received it a few days later. I have to say the packaging on both boxes was phenomenal. Reinforced corners all around. Copious amounts of bubble wrap. Absolutely no movement of anything in shipping. The myriad of packages of screws, wheels, shims - everything was hand labeled making the assembly process pretty straightforward. My black box was shipped almost as soon as it hit the parts department and I received it before I needed it. Packing again was impeccable. I had an issue with one nut block that had cracked while threading the lead screw. An email to support and I had a new one shipped to me the same day. I'm still waiting to use it though I do have it assembled and wired and have successfully run a homing cycle. I am impressed with the rigidity of the system. This is my second machine so I do have some experience with CNCs. Looking forward to making chips real soon.
