Nice build. It looks quite sturdy. I cringe a bit when I see build plates cantilevered out and supported on just one side. Your solution with four screws may add a little cost but it looks better to me.
Thx, i think the cost aspect aint that big. This is standard metric threated rod. There is no need for big heavy liniear bearings so the 4 vwheels and the belt pullys compaired against linear bearings and a leveling system. For leveling the bed i release the tension by unscrewing the stepper mount plate and adust the 4 corners.
Very nice build! I'd love to view the files you've graciously provided. But I don't have Autodesk Inventor, is it possible for you to convert the files to either DXF, DWG or STL?

Looks like a solid build. I see some external frame outside the motors in the design but not in the build itself. What was it's purpose? No need to cringe... both Makerbot and Ultimaker have cantilevered beds. Somehow they seem to make it work.
The purpose is to be able to mount a casing around it, frond back side panels just for looks. This a verry sollid build!, my normal print speed is 90mm/s with 70 mm/s for the external perimeters and 100 mm/s for the bridges (Slic3r). But I have tested and printed successfully at 200% ooh and i ran out of extrusion .... thats why there its not on the printer

Was wondering how you like your E3D and what filament drive are you using? The enclosure will be good for ABS as well.
After suffering clog after clog with the Makibox Hotend i am loving my E3D (v6) at the moment i am using a hacked up J-Head filament drive, not perfect especially changing filament is a pain so i am looking for a bowden tube filament drive. But this one functions (for now)
Thank you for providing your OKMI kit list, I have a question about the z rods you used. Are they 10mm linear rods or lead screws? Also, what is the length?
those are M5 (5mm) regular lead screws the length is about 25 cm. (Make the frame and then determent the length you need) There is no need for 10mm all the stability comes from the vWheels. Also 10mm is a bit to big to fit through the zbed frame. Are you considering building one ?
Yes, I'm considering it, it will be my first attempt at building. I've looked a various builds and I like the CoreXY build concept. Right now I'm just researching the materials you've provided on you kit list and the z rod was of the items not included.
you might want to consider changing the dimensions to fit you're need, the are verry custom (had to fit on the shelf) but there is no reason for the concept not to work with other dimensions. The kitlist i provided is indeed mostly for the parts i had to resource online also be sure to check the numbers since i orderd some extra not knowing exactly what i ended up using..

I found your OKMI 3D printer files, but no drowings on it. So I don't know how I need to start build a printer, what parts and what dimension of all pats should be. Maybe you can share your printer drawings?
