    A very interesting build North90. I was thinking of something similar to your autosampler to drop droplets of epoxy or silicone in various patterns to create unique textures. I'd really like to see a video of this in action.

    we have a auto-sampler as well setup with a icp-oes machine this would be cool to see setup and running? please shoot a video??

    Thanks for all the great responses!
    I do think OpenSource has a great future in science, and science has a great need of OpenSource!
    I will shoot some videos and pictures of OpenSampler in action with our Isotopic gas analyzers.
    Also I will disassemble and reassemble the whole system to take pictures of all steps and parts.

    There are about 8 custom made aluminum plates. I cut them on a diy cnc router.
