Hello all I hope one of you with so much more knowledge than me will be kind enough to help. This is my first build and a CNC newbie, I have searched previous post onThe forum and also searched google but cannot find anything so hence my post.
When I start a new cut in easel the bit moves and cuts a line in the wood from the start point (front left ) to the centre or breaks the bit as it travels to the start point of the project, I wanted the spindle to raise up, move then lower and start cutting, the bit then I have probed the start point of the wood I’m using the front left corner and it works fine doing two taps.
I am hesitant to start any more projects as it’s ruining the wood or breaking the bit.
I really hopeYou can help as there is so much that I want to make.
Thank you in advance if anyone is kind enough to help.
