After assembly of my Lead CNC 1010 I noticed that the flexible couplings had a tendency to lose grip on the lead screw at high feeds.
What I have done is to model the TR8x8 threads from the lead screw, M5x0.8 for clamping and M4x0.7 for motor shaft set screws into a 3D printable model.
I have not tried this myself yet, I do not have a 3D printer and will have to have someone else make it for me
