    Now its the holidays i have a little spare time. i wanted to make a family bear puzzle with all our names on.

    This was done on some oak offcuts i got off my neighbour. Took quite a bit of hand sanding to get the parts to connect together.

    I once made a project like that with hippos and it is indeed not easy to get it all to fit. I later thought that you should actually make a number of copies of the subject, choose an animal and then remove all the lines each time to keep 1 animal. In that case the shape of the animal is preserved and it should fit better, I think....
