I have made lots of leather wallets but never one with a cnc router, so i wanted to change that today.

Theres not much in the process but it goes like this:
    - Took some measurements from my credit card and decided the overall size
    - Opened Fusion 360 and made the 3D Design
    - Created CAM operations in Fusion 360 > 2D Adaptive Clearing & 2D Contour
    - Exported the toolpah using the default grbl prost processor
    - Opened LaserWeb4 and loaded the gcode
    - Placed a 10mm thick hardwood ( dont know what species it is but i like it very much :)
    - Fire the CNC Router

After it finished i sanded my way to 600 grit and applied some Danish Oil.

I have added the original stp and skp files if anyone want to make one. If you do please share :)

Where did you get the elastic strap, and how did you connect the ends?

This was made.more of a front pocket , I'm sure this will be susceptible to wear.

I'm guessing you use the wallet in one of your back pockets, and based on that have you had any issues with the sharper bottom edges deteriorating your pocket fabric? Thanks for sharing your project :)
