Simple pull out drawer to be mounted under the machine to hold the tools needed. Spots for all collets, and router bits. Collets ranging from .5mm to 13mm in both standard and metric. Bit can be stored in their protective packages, but still readable.

total time on machine was under an hour with tool changes. Need to fill in the V-Carve letters to be visible.

DXF File attached. Ill be attaching slide rails to the sides and then attach to the bottom of the torsion box so it can be pulled out to access everything, and pushed back to keep it all out the way and clean.

Drawer part built. Rails mounted. Now to attach to bottom of torsion box. Enough room for all tools, hold downs, etc in one location.

How to you route the square holes as perfect that they look with the tools listed?

That was with the 1/8” end mill. There is a slight rounding, but not too bad. The cases of the shark bit fit perfectly. Even the cheap Chinese end mills I have fit snugly.

Awesome work! I'm curious, which spindle do you have that enables you to use such a wide range of sizes of collets? Are those ER11 collets?
