This happened to me once. The shop vac is now plugged into a separate circuit.
I normally use Estlcam for both controlling the CNC and for generating my CAM and I have never had an issue opening any .dxf or .svg I have...
Are you trying to make a bunch of tiny stickers out of each 4" by 4" polyester sticker? If not, you can buy 4" by 4" white polyester stickers in...
Sorry. I put that picture in another post a few weeks ago. The "before" was the length of endmills I used for carving on the lathe which limited...
It may be bit quality, or it may be how they are cutting. I cut at 4000mm/min with a 1/8" ball nose with no issues at all. But, I am only stepping...
If it is with smaller diameter bits, it is probably because they are flexing when you are pushing them hard. You can actually see the bend in them.
I run at 2500mm/min (100 ipm) on wood and plastics all the time. With a ball nose I am doing about twice that fast.

On my Lathe build I had issues but realized that I did not have the X axis beams attached square to the uprights. There was a small gap where the...
That was a twofer! How to use the probe properly and how to use the Interface. Great video.
What controller are you using? The company that made it will have a wiring diagram.
He hasn't been on this forum for about a year- and we miss him - but I would assume that he designed his plates to where the screw mount is lined...
Wearing glasses when nearby is always smart. The reflected light is still dangerous, but just not as much. I do not know the numbers, for a...
Actually closer to a minute because it took Fusion about 30 seconds to load. :) I forgot you could draw in OpenBuilds CAM.
