I had a similar problem... The plug in the wall was not pushed in fully.. yes a schoolboy error but this was the root cause for my issue.

Look at your gcode, top of my head g54 on the duet take it out of work coordinates and puts it back into machine coordinates..

Sorry to say I am fusion centric. Ooznest chaps are probably your best call, or switch to fusion...
