Ok so new x32 arrived. Usb plugged in and did the driver install. Port closed [ATTACH][ATTACH]

Decided to upgrade after a few years. A few reasons, upgrade ,eventually get the interface and use the old one for a dedicated laser
Yeah I never plugged it in just want to get the x32 up and running
That wasn't hooked up to the x32 since it looked like a different plug configuration so I'd deal with that later.

Upgraded to the x32. Plugged everything in. Could not connect even after driver update then power loss and never turned on again. Lights come on...
More headache than its worth. May end going with a palm router.

Update: changed the USB cable. Working fine sofar. Thanks for the help.

No luck. Updated and usb settings. Tested with vfd turned off. No stopping so I'm guessing there maybe interference somehow. Going to change over...
