Ive tried the above, including press hold mode button and press the rest before releasing rest. same error, see attach screenshot.
I pressed the reset on the box, however it didnt react in any way.

I should add, Im running with the plasma off (dry) to confirm the touch off is working. Machine cuts fine without the touch off.
