I designed this one to cut parts from two blocks of 3'x4'x10' EPS foam simultaneously. Used Open Rails on the two uprights /Y axes and home-made ones on the X. Projects are designed in SignWizard 6.0, DevFoam Pro makes the G-code, and the machine runs on Mach 3. All four motors can run independently by setting Mach3 for cutting taper cuts which can be set up in DevFoam Pro. The turntable in the center runs off a geared-down 425 ozin stepper. [IMG]
