I had recently assembled 1515 lead screw cnc and wiring everything. X axis work perfectly also z axis. But y axis move and stop not moving very will. I align y rails and check the wheel every thing will but still same. It might be motor issues or alignment issues ?
The first thing to check is the wiring to the stepper motors. If there is one loose connection movement will be erratic. Alternatively does it always stop in the same place? Not in the same place each time in another place. Some time it goes to end with no stop if I reverse the move it stop. I will check to adjust the current
