What are people seeing on the openrail linear rail for tolerances? Like on a 1000mm piece, min/max variation? I'm not looking for hiwin linear rail-type precision, but I'd like to be sub tenth millimeter if possible. Assuming wheels are in good shape, etc. How do you make a 90 degree with the plates? Supposing I wanted a gantry plate on top and side tied together. Do the holes line up for the v-slot 90 degree corners? Or do I need to fab something? Really close to placing the order, just a few niggling details to take care of. I appreciate your time.
