Looking for some help choosing a kit or piecing one together for something with a 2'x4' work area. I'd truly like to stay around $2,000usd if possible. I mainly work with 3/4" Baltic Birch for Cornhole boards. I need something that can cut accurate 6" holes. All my corners have about a r20 radius. Plan on making cutting boards at some point. I would like to go with a full 5x5 unit to fit full sheets but money and room is a issue at this time. I know it will be tough around 2k.
Any help would be appreciated, would even consider used. I'm located in Northeast Pa if anyone comes across anything available.

    Thank you.

Examples of my frame pieces I currently cut by hand. Hopefully helps for information for what I'm looking for out of a cnc.

Going beyond the 1500x1500 footprint will be really hard on your budget. They longer you go, the more you flex: How to calculate V-Slot® deflection requiring extra reinforcement, and you also have to leave behind leadscrews and go for Belts. Not ideal

I know going bigger would involve going to belt which I would like to avoid, or going rack and pinion.

I see the one axis on the 1515 has a working area up to 46". Is it possible to get 48" working area? It would be beneficial if I could cut two tops at once out of a 4x4 sheet (slightly bigger). The tops for my Cornhole boards are 23⅞x47⅞.

If I can't cut 2 tops at once for it I feel like I'll have unused machine taking up limited space.

    The actual workspace is

    X Axis: 46“ (1170mm)
    Y Axis: 49” (1250mm)
    Z Axis: 3.5“ (~90mm)
