Any chance is there one of using the actual machine? I think I got this part figured out but not sure how to make it happen on the machine
If you google "tiling on cnc" you will get a lot of videos on the subject. One I found in the link below. When I do it I prefer to set a fence on the Y axis, take a skim off it to ensure it is truly parallel with the Y axis. Then make a mark on the fence at your workplace zero, and really accurately make a mark on the workpiece at the start of the second tile (and third etc). After cutting the first tile slide the workpiece so that the mark lines up with the workplace zero mark on the fence. Alex.
Have you considered using registration pins? Integrate them into the design and the worktable. I have used them successfully to engrave a 4' x 8' panel on my LEAD1515.
