So I have been chasing this issue with the spindle spinning all the time. Checked all of the VFD setting and advanced setting in OB Controller and everything looks like the directions provided here. The spindle spins as soon as the vfd is powered on and stays spinning until powered off even when a project is not running. Checked the mv to the vfd from the controller and when I turn it on I get 10v when stepped up or down I get the appropriate voltage. But, when I hit the stop I get 0.5 mv which is causing the spindle to spin at the min rpm 6k. Someone please explain what I need to adjust to correct this issue.

Double check the VFD parameters, or wire up you FWD/REV/Enable relays to BlackBox X32

On the VFD there should be a min freq config that keeps vfd off until 120hz/7200rpm (ignores basically 0-3v of the 0-10v range)
