Building a 48"X48" wood router. I'm trying to decide what size 80/20 to use for my gantry, Y axis side rails,and what size for the base for my waste piece. And where is a good place to buy it from. I'm from the Cleveland area in Ohio.
Three of the C-Beam® Linear Rail will get you the size you need for the x and y if your gantry plates are no more than about 200mm wide.
