    Hello,
I'm working on my gantry plates. I'm using regular size v-wheel on top, and mini v-wheel on bottom. I'm using 96mm offset for the wheels. I'm placing my acme block in the center of my wheel offset (48), but its not lining up with c-beam end plates. Am i over looking something?

    Thanks,
    Mark

(outside measurements are center of c-beam)

The center of your mini v-wheel is closer to the c-beam than the center of the v-wheel.

    Hi Scotty,
Would that mean that I shouldn't center my acme block to the center of my wheel offsets? Say if i was using both standard v-wheels, my offset would be 100 so the center of my acme block would be 50mm, so go with 50mm?

The drawing in your original post shows the answer. The screw is centered on the channel which would be roughly 46mm from the bottom wheels and 50mm from the top wheels.
