I have 2 Acro 1010's, one with firmware 1.0.376 and one with firmware 1.0.3.377. On the 377 firmware one, both the X and Y axis will only move 790mm, not 800mm, despite asking it to. I have gone through the calibration and wondered if this could be a firmware problem ? The 376 machine works fine. thanks
Likely differences in Grbl Settings: Check that $40 is the same on both (If running X32s - should be $40=1) otherwise check Max Travel values, Soft Limits configs. Take backups of working and not working and compare differences in a tool like Diffchecker - Compare text online to find the difference between two text files Thats not firmware. That's CONTROL's versions. Firmware Versions are shown in log during connection (scroll the log after clicking Connect to find this bit)
