I painstakingly built a nice 1.7m 1.2m torsion box table for my new build to sit on.

Despite best efforts is a bit bowl shaped, being about 2 mm lower (or higher) in the middle than the edges. Seems my "trestle and two extrusion" base didnt support it well enough during glueing and screwing.. Booo..

Been looking into fixing it with autolevelling epoxy, but its **** expensive.

Got me thinking.. Does it really matter? Once ive bolted the machine frame together, can i stick 4 nice adjustable feet on the corners of the machine and level it independent of the table? Maybe adding some brackets to "fix" it once its level, without pulling the frame down onto the table surface (and bending it)

In the end the torsion box is pretty straight apart from the dip, and nice and rigid.

How are the machines usually attached to tables?

    Thanks again :)
