Hello - I am in the middle of a 1515 build, and I am having trouble getting the wheel tension correct. Five of the six are nice and snug, but the sixth spins freely. I have swapped the eccentric spacer opposing the free wheeling wheel, still nothing. I have swapped wheels, top-to-bottom, and again nothing. As a matter of fact, when I swapped the wheels on that corner, it tightened up nicely; however, now a different wheel on a different corner will not tighten up. Both loose wheels are opposite the eccentric side.

If anyone has a suggestion, I would appreciate your assistance.

    Robert

    • Have you tried loosening the screw holding that wheel and pushing it towards the extrusion as you re-tighten it? There's a small amount of play in the holes the screws go through that might fix it.
