Arduino Probe

Hi, I have a generic 3018 CNC with a chinese Adrino control board which does not feature an A5 connection option (for a Z probe). My question is, can I utilize the z limit switch connection block to connect a z probe and achieve the desired effect of a very accurate z position on the material surface?
