I have a leads 1010 with the 8 inch z mod. I have been running it fairly well for the last year. But lately I have had an extremely high rate of USB disconnects. I have read thru alot of the post here and even followed a few links to a github and wiki page that talks about the issue, but I am still having it. After reading thru the post I installed a copper ground wire thru the dust collection system that connects to an outside earth ground rod. I also connected the frame of the leads machine to the earth ground. Then I ran the usb with 2 chokes on it away from everything else and even plugged it into the front of the computer to isolate it for the keyboard/mouse usb. for the last week it has been an every time I run the machine it disconnects from the usb and stops the process. I have to shut the software down and the machine down and reboot just to get it to connect again. It is very random when it disconnects which leaves me to believe it is still static discharge that's causing it. I should also note that I am cutting EPS foam. If I use XPS foam it doesn't seem to fail as much but still does. Any pointers or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
