Black box not connecting via USB

    My black box will not connect to my computer. The red usb light on the black box comes on and immediately goes out as I’m plugging in the usb. I’ve disconnected everything leaving the usb connected, updated USB drivers on my computer reset the black box and so far nothing is working.
