Hi! I have a BlackBox Motion Control system and it was working great with a laptop I had underneath the CNC. I simply plugged it into the laptop and was able to connect. Now, I have a fresh desktop dedicated to the CNC and after plugging it in, the BlackBox shows up as FT23R USB UART (COM 3) in the device manager and I"m unable to connect. This computer is a workstation running Windows 10 Pro. I tried using Zadig to install a serial driver and also tried a few drivers built into Windows but nothing worked.

I installed the drivers from the executable file

This is the error code I get: upload_2020-11-26_16-8-50.png

And the device manager looks like this:

    upload_2020-11-26_16-9-36.png

On my other comuter, it simply displayed as USB Serial Device.

I got it! I went into Device Manager -> Update Drivers -> Select manually -> USB Serial Converter

Now it shows up as USB Serial Device. Thanks!
