    hello
Have two problems with my BB first is that the fan will not spin up the second is that the Z errors about 10 mins in ( only tried some light text V carve) the austrilian maker store who sold it to me has stated that I need to contact Open builds for a fix. any thoughts or ideas to fix
I’m 80% sure that the Z is an over heat due to no fan, I get the red !
    thank you

    1) Check that your plugged the fan in with polarity correct (+ = red wire, - = black wire), and was it incorrectly plugged in at some point (reversing polarity on them can destroy them)
    2) Yes, red exclamation is indication of overheating. Turn the current down a little to avoid damaging the driver chip. http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home can assist with a replacement fan if needed (though you might be able to get a 60x60x10mm 24v fan locally next day off amazon or the like too, they are super cheap, and a lot quicker)

Thank you, I wired the fan correctly red on the +, had it check this arvoFan was dead. I have returned the box to the maker store here in OZ and will hopefully have a replacement in a week or so.
