I fixed my issue of not being able to connect the blackbox to my cpu from ya'lls help. However, now I have a new issue. I also have a diode laser connected to this machine. I have the pwm wires going to the tool head output of the blackbox. It has always ran the laser fine. However, I am in the process of downloading all the new software on the new computer. I run the laser with lightburn. I have been able to connect the laser and run a job. However, the laser will come on and I can see the beam, but it will not burn anything. not even cardboard. I have a feeling it is a setting within lightburn to control the pwm from the blackbox, but I don't know. What can I do? Thanks again!
