I purchased the Openbuilds Lead 1010 back in May of this year. I have been so busy that I didn't have the time to assemble it until this weekend. Everything went great until I plugged in the Blackbox controller. The Exclamation point is Red under the Z axis. Nothing on the Z axis is working. X and Y are working fine. Using a Multi-Meter I checked all the wiring and it is all connected correctly. I even tested the Z-Axis Motor and it is also fine. So, just to see if it was my mistaker or not...I swapped the Z axis for the X axis (including limit switches) and everything works fine on the Z axis when it is connected to the X axis. (I hope that is clear). I have tried cycling the power, I also turned down the current on the Z axis to the minimum with no success. The Exclamation point stays red....even when nothing is plugged into the Blackbox at all. Any suggestions as to what could be the cause? Thanks so much.
Refer to docs:blackbox:currentadjustment [OpenBuilds Documentation] for details on the FAULT LED If nothing else clears it - refer to http://support.openbuilds.com/support/home for further assistance
I did that already. Checked everything in the documentation. Still nothing fixes it. I'll contact them and see what they say.
I know this is an old post but just curious if you ever found a fix to this issue? I have the same problem but it can be reset when the system is power cycled only to return red again after a couple minutes. Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks!!
Refer to the documentation. Fault LED is discussed on the Current Adjustment section of the docs For the X32 that would be docs:blackbox-x32:currentadjustment [OpenBuilds Documentation]
